I restored section Bob Melvin#Personal life --except its repeat use of identical references (Retrieved Jan 4, 2013; Nov 11, 2013), where I introduced short ref names.( net differences) Thus I restored current references 9–15.

Note: There are already multiple reliable sources stating that the Giants are about to announce Melvin as their new manager (see
CBS and
ESPN), but since the official announcement will probably be coming out in a few days or even hours, there's no point in using these sources now, as we'll replace them with the newer ones anyway. Ping me again when the announcement has been made and I'll add the information using the newer sources.

Bob Melvin is the new Manager of the San Francisco Giants. This is common knowledge and he is leaving SD. It's only a matter of time before Wikipedia finds out. This website always has old outdated news. It would be nice to have Bob Melvin as the Padres Manager still but He took an interview with the Giants Yesterday and he is gone. Hopefully this website will update this old information as so as possible. Wikipedia is always the last to know.
