Biała Prudnicka → Biała, Opole Voivodeship – Biała Prudnicka is an informal name; the official name used by government entities is Biała. [1] [2] [3] In order to differ it from other places in Poland called Biała, I think that "Biała, Opole Voivodeship" is an adequate name.
