I have a number of concerns about this article?
1. Is this notable? We can hardly have an article on every skirmish in history, even one fought by such a famous figure as Wallace.
2. Given the amount of material written on Wallace and the Wars of Scottish Independence generally, it seems surprising that the only reference is one tertiary work.
3. Even if this is notable, it could be stretching it to call it a battle, e.g. Action at Earnside might be better. PatGallacher ( talk) 16:26, 17 July 2009 (UTC)
