"Seoul mayor Oh Se-hoon praised that the bridge will further beautify the city and showcase Seoul's eco-friendliness, as the water is pumped directly from the river itself and continuously recycled" I know he did actually say it so it's a valid quote - but does it really merit inclusion when it's got such a fatal flaw... nothing is "eco friendly" when it's un-necessarily pumping 190 tons of water around the place every minute.
