The introduction to this article states, "Damage to the nearby Chinese embassy was also reported", without mentioning any source. The Chinese embassy is a good couple of kilometers away and in any case is screened by intervening buildings. There was however damage to the Russian embassy, but I do not have any news reports of this, and my info comes from my own eyesight, which presumably counts as original research. If nobody objects, I will remove the reference to the Chinese embassy in the next day or so. Davidelit 05:43, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

The image Image:Azahari Husin.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. Anyone object to adding "in Jakarta" to the title? This would keep the title parallel with most other embassy attack articles: List of attacks on diplomatic missions. MatthewVanitas ( talk) 04:26, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
I recently added some information on the arrest and trial of Rois, but I'm wondering if this needs its own section as currently it falls under the 'Investigation' heading. Thoughts? Glebesam ( talk) 02:56, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
