Hey, @
Andrevan, I'm thinking a company founded in 1877 that is the largest producer of provolone in Italy is likely to be notable. I'm thinking there are probably sources out there, but we may not be finding them because they're in Italian?

Sure, I'll withdraw the prod to give folks a chance to try to find sources. I don't speak Italian, I tried to research the company but all I could find was delicious delicious catalog pages to buy cheese. Andre🚐19:31, 15 August 2022 (UTC)reply
