I have rated this a C because there is no referencing on the recipients. Information on the number of recipients would also add to the coverage of the article. -- Molestash ( talk) 14:04, 9 July 2016 (UTC)
G'day, just wondering about the name of this medal and the others that use a similar construction. I assume that the name has been translated from Russian; are we certain about the syntax, though?
