Hi there, I've created and started adding new information to this article not found on the Wilfred Thesiger page, I hope I'm not falling too foul of any Wikipedia rules, however I did remove three of the four or so banners that were almost instantly placed at the top of the article as after a bit of editing I felt I had addressed them. I also saw this article was already nominated for deletion, any reasons as to why? Jamesbenton ( talk) 20:02, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
Hi, thank you for the clarification, pretty happy that my first article has remained, I was thinking about writing one for 'Road to Oxiana' soon, maybe after beefing this one up a bit. As for a picture, I realise that photos from Amazon et cetera of the cover are probably under copyright and I'm not going to pretend to understand the technicalities of what is in the public domain and what is not, I'm assuming if I were to photograph the cover of the book myself, that would equally be a breach of copyright? Thanks again Jamesbenton ( talk) 00:05, 6 February 2012 (UTC)
