Assassination?

There was significant controversy regarding the circumstances of Paradžik's fatal shooting, so it is misleading to present it simply as an "assassination", as if it were an established fact. There was a trial, and IIRC his killing was not ruled as premeditated. The court's fact-finding was perhaps a bit deficient, but that's another matter. Actually, the policemen actually were convicted of premeditated murder, per sources. I'm currently doing a full rewrite of the article, so this will be addressed. GregorB ( talk) 11:13, 8 January 2019 (UTC) reply
