Aman Ali (comedian) →
Aman Ali – The subject appears to be a lot more notable than the Emirati cricketer of the same name that the link currently redirects to.

Oppose – the target title is occupied by an appropriate disambig page. Degree of notability is not relevant.

Support as nom – at the time of the move request
Aman Ali (cricketer) occupied the target title. Since then
Aman Ali (disambiguation) has been created, which has subsequently been redirected to the intended target. As the comedian is far more notable than the cricketer (who is the only alternative in the disambiguation page with the same name) as well as the other entries. Therefore it would seem more appropriate for the subject to be the
WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. A similar example of how this has been previously applied is
Imran Khan and
Imran Khan (disambiguation).

Your comedian article is brand new. Where is the evidence that he should be the primary topic for this name?
Dicklyon (
talk) 22:10, 6 March 2013 (UTC)reply
The subject receives more
WP:GHITS[1] then anyone else of the same name.

You're linking to "arguments to avoid" and using the argument anyway? And the google link shows the cricketer in the entity info panel. Why not give it a month and look at the article accesses?

The ghits page refers to arguments to avoid in deletion discussions, I only linked this page just to clarify the term. From independent, reliable sources: the comedian currently receives at least 25 hits, whereas the cricketer only receives 2 hits, further details of this can be found in both articles. However I do agree that as this article is barely a week old it would be best to leave it at least a month before discussing the move request further.

Oppose The article is too new for now. Check back in a few months to see if it meets
WP:PRIMARYTOPIC by dominating in page views. --
