Hey everyone. The Production section says (in an un-sourced statement) that the film takes place in
Lake County, Montana, whereas an
article from the Associated Press implies that it was
Lake County, Minnesota. Does the film itself say anything about the state in which it's supposed to take place? I've got a copy, so I'll take a look. If nothing turns up, I am going to change "Montana" to "Minnesota". Regards.

News flash. At around the 13 minute mark there is an interview with "Sheriff Kent Tilson" of Lake County, Montana. I guess that answers that. The quote from the AP is "A nationally televised show on UPN Tuesday claimed to have videotape of the McPherson family's alien abduction here [Minn.] a year ago ... " I guess they got it wrong and/or the people of Lake County, Minn. just got a little excited.
