There has been some debate about whether this page deserves to exist. I've added references as per Wiki rules for biography of a living person, and would respectfully argue that Alex Leger, who worked for Blue Peter for 36 years, the longest ever serving member of staff, and was responsible for many of the show's most enduring programmes and reports, albeit from an off screen role, absolutely deserves to be on Wikipedia. This is why I think the page should stay. Best Bobby987 Bobby987 ( talk) 15:23, 12 September 2012 (UTC)
