When I go to "Aero_bars", I end up at the top of the Bicycle handlebar page, not down at the anchor for Triathlon_or_aero, not unless I turn on javascript. Anchors don't normally need javascript turned on. It means that wikimedia is stripping off the anchor in the redirect and is forcing it back in via javascript.
