why remove cited and verified information about the doxxing and threat? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:240:DA00:5D20:DDF0:4414:F196:5C37 ( talk) 21:52, 18 November 2020 (UTC)
This may be a better source for the info: https://www.freep.com/story/news/politics/elections/2020/11/19/wayne-county-canvassers-doxxed-threatened/6340324002/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Reliable source fan ( talk • contribs) 08:43, 19 November 2020 (UTC)
Hi,
The article needs to be unprotected in order to amend the article to include Aiyash disclosing, during the contested 2020 US presidential election, the school name which the children of a Michigan election official attend. This is noteworthy and is now international news. Waqeem ( talk) 13:03, 19 November 2020 (UTC)
indeed as the continued "protection" results in an article that deliberately withholds information in order to further a political agenda ...the Detroit free press has confirmed https://www.freep.com/story/news/politics/elections/2020/11/19/wayne-county-canvassers-doxxed-threatened/6340324002/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:240:DA00:5D20:E1E6:EB1C:3C05:3320 ( talk) 13:16, 19 November 2020 (UTC)
To prevent an edit war can we discuss the issue here? I think that it’s in everyone’s interests to ensure Wikipedia is politically neutral and many of the edits on this article are to push a political point of view.

revert to the version with the following language now that Detroit Free Press has confirmed: On 17 November 2020, Ayash doxxed the chairwoman of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers on a public Zoom meeting, revealing where her children attend school and potentially opening them to violent harm. 2601:240:DA00:5D20:E1E6:EB1C:3C05:3320 ( talk) 13:58, 19 November 2020 (UTC)

at this point it seems obvious that Eggishorn and the user who originally granted protection are acting in violation of WP:NPV policies in order to forward a political view...two valid and acceptable sources have confirmed the story that Aiyash disclosed, during the contested 2020 US presidential election, the school name which the children of a Michigan election official attend. perhaps Eggishorn and the other user will disclose their ties to the Aiyash, but I would not bet money on it — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:240:DA00:5D20:8081:9E84:2C03:40A ( talk) 14:39, 20 November 2020 (UTC)
