Article would probably be an improvement
Having created this situation I now realise there should probably be an article here (rather than
disambiguation page), to deal with - among other things - the history of abortion on the island of Ireland (pre-RoI/NI) and the cultural aspects that span the island. I still think refocusing the article on the state was the correct thing to do as it dealt with the topic from a modern legal perspective, one defined by the modern states not the geographical entity.
