ALT1: ... that
Lloyd Kaufman said that "no one else was dumb enough to do a dinosaur movie" about A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell at the 1990
Cannes Film Festival? Source: "Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell, also fairly catchy in the title department, was premiered at Cannes this year in what the Troma hype described as "the pre-pubescent and the pre-historic brought together at last!" Everyone was talking about it. "No one else was dumb enough to do a dinosaur movie," Kaufman said. Few people have actually seen Nymphoid, or want to, even though it does feature the spectacular, never-before-filmed Tromasauraus." - Globe & Mail
Article is new enough, long enough, and adequately source. Both hooks are cited inline to offline sources so AGF. The first hook is kinda eh (I imagine Hulu's most viewed film changes all the time so it's not much of a big deal), but the second one is catchier so I think we can go with that one. QPQ has been done. No close paraphrasing was found (the only detected hits were the DVD Talk reviews, which are just quotes and properly cited).

Upon re-reading this, while I still prefer ALT1, I think the wording's a bit awkward. Specifically, the quote followed by the word "about" followed by the subject doesn't seemt to flow well. Perhaps another editor like
Theleekycauldron could rewrite it and make it flow better?

Leek informed me off-Wiki that she won't be able to comment on this nomination. However, she did suggest the following wording: ALT2 ... that no one else was reportedly "dumb enough to do a dinosaur movie" at the 1990 Cannes Film Festival? My concern with this hook is that it doesn't mention the movie's full title, and in my opinion the title is part of the hookiness, but I guess it's something that can be workshopped on.
