Image:38 Studios logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Contrary to popular belief, Schilling has stated that the company's original name was not taken from the wall in Fenway Park. He is quoted on the Fires of Heaven Guild message boards, posting under his EQ characters name, Ngruk, saying, "The GMG name was—and I know this is going to be impossible to believe—not named after the left-field wall at Fenway. The name was made up by someone who knew next to nothing about baseball and isn't even from this country."
WHAT wall in Fenway Park? I don't even know what Fenway Park is. I don't live in the US, I don't follow baseball, and I have no idea what that means. If you want to add that kind of thing to the article, provide some references. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.53.148.141 ( talk) 05:07, 23 June 2012 (UTC)
The Last paragraph in the history section mentions two initial games but only mentions one of them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 147.21.8.1 ( talk) 02:13, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
This article should probably include a section on the political fallout from the studio's collapse. For example: "Frias, RIGOP chair dispute Mattiello claim that Frias was Carcieri 38 Studios advisor" [1] Odoketa ( talk) 21:57, 6 October 2016 (UTC)
