There was a previous collapse, which is already covered in the main article. Plus, there have been others (Connecticut).

Support - This article is currently a stub that could be adequately covered in the
I-95 (PA) page, per
WP:NOTNEWS and
WP:NOPAGE. It could be re-split if the collapse becomes notable on its own, like the
Interstate 85 bridge collapse in Atlanta was. Also, the term "Interstate 95 bridge collapse" is extremely ambiguous, as the
Mianus River Bridge collapse (as LilianaUwU mentions above) is actually a more viable target for the term "Interstate 95 bridge collapse". –

Oppose for now - I would wait until more information comes out later. If the article don't get enough information then it could be merged. If merged, I made a subsection for the collapse in the history section.

Oppose - This incident is similar to the I-85 Bridge collapse that is in a separate article. This collapse will have significant economic impact and until the investigation is complete the cause will remain largely unknown.

Support So far this accident appears virtually identical to the 2007 bridge collapse at the
MacArthur Maze. Using that accident as precedent, there is no dedicated article for the accident, but it is covered as a section in the history of that interchange. I see no reason to handle this case any differently. I may change my mind if later developments reveal there is more to the story, as is the case with the Connecticut and Georgia examples mentioned by others.

Oppose as I have managed to expand the article past the 1,500 character limit as a general rule of thumb for a standalone article. There's more to mine out of sources such as
Washington Post and
CNN, which suggests the article can be expanded / improved further.

Oppose. This a notable event that warrants a stand alone article. The title should be corrected and updated to show the year of the event.

Oppose for now The collapse just happened yesterday, so, as is the case with the many tornado outbreak pages I contribute to, information about the event will end up coming in rapidly eventually as more info about the situation becomes available. Additionally, as was said above, the event is similar to the I-85 bridge collapse in that this collapse will have significant impacts on the economy (this is I-95 after all) and an investigation into how a bridge on such an important highway collapsed due to a truck fire will become EXTREMELY important to note. As a result, I think it's too early for a redirect in my opinion.

Additional Note: I would also like to add that the collapse happened at the PA 73 exit, which provides access to the
Tacony–Palmyra Bridge. The closure of I-95 also affects traffic at the
Betsy Ross Bridge and exit 32, which provides access to the
Northeast Philadelphia Airport AND
Holy Family University, is closed. This is a major incident with the governor pushing for a disaster declaration. Its truly a miracle that there were no casualties here, but the ramification of such an event will be long-lasting and it will take MONTHS to get this segment open again. This really should stay.

Oppose. Financial times reported link to inflation:
The US transportation secretary warned Sunday’s collapse of part of a major road on the country’s east coast will push up the price of goods in the region as shipping costs increase.
Of the 16,000 vehicles daily that would normally travel that affected section of the I-95 highway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, about 8 per cent are trucks, Pete Buttigieg told a press conference on Tuesday.
“What a lot of people don’t always see behind those inflation numbers is the importance of our supply chains,” he said. “If a route is disrupted or if it’s longer or if trucks have to wait, that finds its way into the costs of goods.”

I don't see that as a problem: Overpass, bridge; potatoe, potato. In most regions an overpass is simply a special case name for a bridge that crosses another transportation artery rather than a body of water or whatever. From an engineering POV, financial or maintenance POV the two words are identical. In fact, the lead sentence for the article for overpass says "An overpass is a bridge ....".

There is currently a "sentence" at the end of the Detours section that reads:
"After a few days of severe rush hour delays, even as the closure traffic on city highways returned to close to normal as drivers found alternate routes, switched to transit, or worked from home."
It's the last sentence in the section. I'd fix it but I can't tell what it's supposed to mean. Somebody else might want to take a crack at it.
