If I look at http://www.uci.ch/track/results/ the Welsh athletes like Lewis Oliva are just listed as GBR. So it looks like the UCI is treating them as regular athletes competing for Great Britain, so I think Wikipedia should treat them that way as well. - FakirNL ( talk) 09:30, 11 November 2016 (UTC) reply
