If I look at http://www.uci.ch/track/results/ the Welsh athletes like Lewis Oliva are just listed as GBR. So it looks like the UCI is treating them as regular athletes competing for Great Britain, so I think Wikipedia should treat them that way as well. - FakirNL ( talk) 09:30, 11 November 2016 (UTC) reply

Other sources like Cyclingnews do treat the Welsh riders as Team USN (among other weird hybrid teams), so arguments can be made for both systems. I'll leave it at this. - FakirNL ( talk) 09:47, 11 November 2016 (UTC) reply
