Why is there no section, or even mention in the timeline, of Tropical Depression Eliceca? The only things I hear about it is in the Storm names section. According to WPTC, missing Eliceca means this isn't a GA, it's a Stub! 🐔 Chic dat ^Chicken Database 10:23, 10 April 2020 (UTC) reply
