– There's no
WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, as shown by longterm pageviews (I was going to share a link, but there's a pipe symbol that's throwing it off when you compares pageviews of footballer and terrorist. Very similar longerm). DAB should be at base name. Also, both footballers
WP:COMMONNAME for all three is just "Óscar Ramírez", so standard disambiguation should be followed.

Support per nomination. Unlike his predecessor
Abimael Guzmán, whose entry appears in 25 Wikipedias, Ramírez's profile has been much lower and only three Wikipedias found him sufficiently noteworthy for an article. As for the footballers, the main headers proposed in the nomination are the standard ones. —
