Typically we count pre-election vacancies towards the number of seats a party has in the infobox, I suppose matching the "up for election" row of the results summary. We should probably add the independents in to avoid confusion as to the inconsistent numbersTag: Visual edit

talk) Previous pages never have the "+ VP" in the seat counts unless it was necessary for that party to hold the majority (such as in 2000). I think that is the way it should be, since it would add too much unnecessary fluff otherwise. The VP does not vote unless there is a tie.Tags: UndoReverted
