Sainte-Marie-la-Robert (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃t maʁi la ʁɔbɛʁ] ) is a commune in the Orne department in north-western France. [3] As of 2017, the commune had a population of 85 inhabitants.
The commune is made up of the following collection of villages and hamlets, La Sorière, La Chabossière and Sainte-Marie-la-Robert. [4]
The commune is within the Normandie-Maine Regional Natural Park. [5]
It is 550 hectares (2.1 sq mi) in size. The highest point in the commune is 207 metres (679 ft).
The river Udon along with two streams, the Coupigny and the Moulin de Besnard are the three watercourses that traverse the commune.
Sainte-Marie-la-Robert is governed by a conseil municipal composed of seven members, consisting of both a mayor and deputy mayor.
