Nafar Kheyl ( Persian: نفرخيل) [3] was a village in the former Dasht-e Sar Rural District of Dabudasht District, Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 527 in 139 households. [4] The following census in 2011 counted 552 people in 156 households. [2]
After the census, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Dasht-e Sar District and renamed Dasht-e Sar-e Sharqi Rural District. The village of Ejbar Kola, after merging with the villages of Harun Kola, Khuni Sar, Nafar Kheyl, and Najjar Mahalleh, became a larger village of the same name, and is now the capital of the newly established district. After the 2016 census, the village of Ejbar Kola was elevated to the status of a city. [6]
