This is a list of Philippine twin towns, sister cities and other international relationships. In most cases, the association, especially when formalized by local government, is known as "
town twinning" or "
sister cities", and while most of the places included are cities, it also includes municipalities, provinces and a region.

Mayor Mauricio Domogan signed four separate resolutions previously introduced by Councilors Betty Lourdes Tabanda and Elmer Datuin, which was unanimously approved by the City Council accepting the towns of Dalaguete, Cebu; Bacarra, Ilocos Norte; Libon, Albay; Pudtol, Apayao as the new sister cities of Baguio.
