Jaleq Rural District ( Persian: دهستان جالق) is in the Central District of Golshan County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran. [3] It is administered from the city of Jaleq.

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of the former Jaleq District of Saravan County) was 1,278 in 334 households. [4] There were 1,123 inhabitants in 282 households at the following census of 2011. [5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,877 in 803 households. The most populous of its 24 villages was Naranu, with 718 people. [2]

In January 2019, Nahuk Rural District was separated from the district to join the Central District. The remainder of the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Golshan County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Jaleq as its capital and only city.
