This copies (plagiarises?) a quite-famous large-format photo by I forget which art-photographer. Possible copy-vio - you would certainly risk legal trouble if you tried to sell large prints of it

Uh I don't see how its a rip off.. its a picture o-O I took a picture like this before because I work in a supermarket where the breakroom looks down on the store. It's clearly not a knockoff. — Preceding

At first sight, I thought how an editor could manage to get a permission to use it for wiki from Andre Gursky. I'm not the only one thinking of it as seeing the above comment. It is very odd to see the strong resemblance to the famous picture of the super famous photographer.--

I seems the blog you reference simply got it wrong. It might be somewhat derivative, but it's definitely not Gursky's work.
