Fastweb is an American scholarship search website that matches students to relevant scholarships based on a profile of provided information. [1] As of 2023, it reportedly lists more than 1.5 million scholarship opportunities, [2] although it does not offer any unique funding that cannot be obtained elsewhere. [1]

History

Founded by Larry Organ on 27 April 1995, [3] Fastweb is an acronym for "financial aid search through the web".

In 2001, Fastweb was acquired by TMP Worldwide, the owner of the job advertising website Monster.com. [4]
