Note: yes we do already have some content at
False memory#Mandela effect. Although surprisingly, it's only a short section and we don't as yet have a full article. Thanks for spotting and filling that.
There's some material in that (both supplemental and new) which ought to appear here as well, or (once accepted) only here.

Mandela effect to be more policy-compliant? Or
Mandela Effect? Does it have the weight of usage to qualify as a proper noun phrase?
Fiona Broome. Claiming that she innovated the term is plausible enough, but it's going to need a
WP:RS source that's not
WP:SPS.
I believe I've made most of your suggested changes, including updating some of the sources and revising the formatting for references. As for where this page goes from here, that may be entirely in your hands.
