@ Graywalls: This is clearly a notable organization, but the article basically needs to be blown up and started fresh. I have found plenty of news coverage that can be used for this purpose, e.g., Dubois K. Wiggins, " Brooklynites Active In Community Trust", The Standard Union (February 23, 1928), p. 15.
