Joel was born and spent his childhood in Goma, the Kivu.Was select on the first ever Jr NBA [2]. Joel made a significant impact at the inaugural Jr. NBA Showcase, where he dominated the skill challenge and was recognized as one of the five standouts of the event [3]

Recruiting

Joel is a consensus five-star recruit and one of the top players in the 2027 class, according to major recruiting services [4]
