Whited Sepulchre Records is an American record label founded by Ryan Hall in 2016 from Cincinnati, OH. Whited Sepulchre Records primarily releases music that can be described as Experimental music.

Notable artists that have released music on Whited Sepulchre Records include Endlings ( Pulitzer Prize for Music winner Raven Chacon [1] and John Dieterich of Deerhoof), Madeline Johnston, Drowse, ONO (band), Trupa Trupa, claire rousay, and Berlin Prize winner Joy Guidry [2] among others.

History

The first release by Whited Sepulchre Records was braeyden jae's LP fog mirror in 2016. Releases on Whited Sepulchre Records have focused on Ambient music, Free jazz, Noise music, Indie rock, Slowcore and Noise rock, and have featured artists from locations around the world, including Mexico, Japan, Poland, and Australia. In 2022, the label held a two-day music festival. [4] at various locations in the Northside, Cincinnati neighborhood [5] featuring performances by Midwife ( Madeline Johnston), Allison Lorenzen, Desert Liminal, Bailey Miller, Lake Mary and Airport People. The label regularly hosts shows in Cincinnati, including performances by Claire Rousay [6], Planning for Burial, Duma (band) [7], Julianna Barwick and Uniform (band). Whited Sepulchre Records also plans to host another music festival in 2024 [4]
