Graduated from the Russian State University for the Humanities in 1991.
In 1996 at the Russian Independent Institute of Social and National Problems she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences on the theme "Features of state-church relations in the USSR in the 80s" (specialty: 09.00.06 - theory and history of religion, free-thinking and atheism) [4].
In 2003 at the Moscow Humanitarian-Social Academy she defended her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy on "Political" theology of Christianity, the phenomenon of the Vicar of Christ and the vicar model of sacralization of power" in the specialty 09.00.13 - religious studies, philosophical anthropology and philosophy of culture [5]
Since 2000 he has been working at the Institute for African Studies of the RAS, in the Center for Civilization and Regional Studies as a leading researcher. [1]
From 2017 to 2020, she worked at the Pushkin Leningrad State University, in the Research Center for Religious and Ethnopolitical Studies as a chief scientific officer. [2]
