Trefor Fowler (born 25 January 1973) is an English-born Maux former professional darts player from Isle of Man. Who has played members in the World Darts Federation (WDF) events of the 1980s and 1990s.
Fowler has reached to the Quarter finalists for the first time in Isle of Man of 1988 Winmau World Youth Masters darts championship he defeating by Dean McNamara of Jersey, Brendan Dolan of Northern Ireland and before losing to Sean Dowling of England.
Fowler won the 1990 Isle of Man Darts Open Youth champions are beating by Vincent van der Voort of Netherlands.
