Addo was the fourth of six children born to Charles Allen Gyimah and Susanna Osei Nyarko Gyimah. She had her tertiary education at the University of Ghana in Legon obtaining a bachelor's degree in philosophy. In 2016, she graduated with an Executive MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). [5]
Addo joined the Standard Chartered Bank Ghana after her first degree. She later resigned in 2012 to set up a hair extensions business she named Hair Senta. [6] [7] [8] [9]
She also owns the Hair Senta International Beauty Show (HIBS Africa) which projects the beauty industry in Ghana and Africa through beauty shows and marketing events. [10] [11] [12]
