This technique is useful to us as it helps us to recover key elements of plastic wastes which are hydrogen and carbon (graphene) from it . As we aleady know that plastic waste is a big problem for us as it is produced in large quantity due to its variable uses but it is harmful to the enviroment because it takes 100's of years to get recycled . All the traditional ways of recycling of plastics is either very costly or hazardious to the enviroment .
This technology is used in the above stated manner but this technology is being researched for creating hydrogen fuel which would be later used for hydrogen fuel powered cars . This technique wil be useful in the future for creating hydrogen fuel as the curent methods are either to costy or it is not efficient enough.
