Djidingar Dono Ngardoum (1928 – February 19, 2000) was Prime Minister of Chad from May 19, 1982 to June 19, 1982. [1] [2] He was minister of finance until 1965. [3]
Mr. Habre's senior appointment as Minister of State was Djidingar Dono Ngardoum, one of two members of the Cabinet of Goukouni Oueddei, whose Government fell to Mr. Habre's forces on June 7.
