This article really needs some more sub-categories. More importantly, it needs some guidelines to prevent people from flooding this with every minor website out there, making it impossible to filter out the ones about somebody's cat vs. the ones that actually have "merit". What about the idea to use an infobox to summarize the huge amount of information displayed in some articles. The usage will also probably be a help in categorizing the articles about featured websites. The reason to get started in the english version is because of the more easier adaptation and acceptation in other languages. An example of how it could look like:
