If "Muhammadiyah University" is not a single university system, it may be appropriate to rename this category "Muhammadiyah Universities" or "Muhammadiyah Universities in Indonesia." I have no objections to such a rename. If the page is renamed, change the "cat main" template so it continues to point to Muhammadiyah University.
