Baqerabad Rural District ( Persian: دهستان باقرآباد) is in the Central District of Mahallat County, Markazi province, Iran. [3] Its capital is the village of Nakhjirvan, [4] transferred from the village of Baqerabad. [5]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,118 in 1,481 households. [6] There were 5,382 inhabitants in 1,728 households at the following census of 2011. [7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,185 in 1,124 households. The most populous of its 51 villages was Nakhjirvan, with 848 people. [2]
