Bala Afrakoti ( Persian: بالاافراكتي) [a] is a village in Bisheh Sar Rural District of the Central District of Qaem Shahr County, Mazandaran province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 881 in 237 households. [4] The following census in 2011 counted 893 people in 274 households. [5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 841 people in 279 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
