History
BPC College was first established in 1995 at Mamala Kavala near the
Pazhoor Perumthrikkovil temple in
Piravom. Later it was changed to a mount (now known as Baselios Mount) in Illikkamukkada, a place in Piravom-
Pala route.
Coat of arms
The Coat of arms of BPC College is designed according to the prophecy in the Bible in
Isaiah 11:9 ("They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of GOD as the waters cover the sea"). This reveals that when the Earth is immersed in water, two hands raises the Holy Bible before Eye of Providence, during the end times, when everybody understands God and realizes what the cross on top of the Bible is.
