Amirabad ( Persian: اميراباد) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Gughar Rural District of the Central District of Baft County, Kerman province, Iran. [4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 920 in 222 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,203 people in 364 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,621 people in 572 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
