2023 tennis event results
Elisabetta Cocciaretto defeated
Clara Burel in the final, 7–5, 4–6, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Swiss Open.

WTA Tour title. Cocciaretto saved multiple match points during the tournament—one match point against
Céline Naef in the first round, and a further match point in the semifinals against
Anna Bondár.
Petra Martić was the reigning champion,
