Zeylan ( Persian: زلان) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Bazan Rural District [4] of the Central District of Javanrud County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,432 in 316 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,509 people in 386 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,557 people in 439 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
