Zargan Rural District ( Persian: دهستان زرگان) is in Veys District of Bavi County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Zargan ol Basreh. [3]
After the National Census of 2006, Anaqcheh Rural District of the Central District and Bavi District were separated from Ahvaz County in the establishment of Bavi County, which was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with the city of Mollasani as its capital. [3]
At the census of 2011, its population was 14,141 in 3,358 households. [4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,677 in 2,282 households. The most populous of its 30 villages was Kut-e Seyyed Soltan, with 1,523 people. [2]
