The first paragraph of /info/en/?search=Bloomberg_L.P. ("Womens Hair Replacement Dallas") pretty much looks like Spam to me. Lacking an account I thought I'd quickly report it that way. There has been some cross-wiki spamming as well, at Wikibooks 1, 2, and at Commons. Those three edits were made by three different throwaway accounts, which are not registered at en.wiki. It looks like this is not completely new, since PapersOwl ( talk · contribs) was blocked for spamming in 2016.
