I proprose sending the first newsletter to all project participants leaving a message linking to the recepients page. Any thoughts? Southern Illinois SKYWARN ( talk) 01:35, 24 January 2008 (UTC)
Obviously this is getting off to a slow start...I have no idea where to begin. Once someone starts it, I'll have no problem, but before then, I don't know what I can do... bob rulz ( talk) 09:42, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
It would be best to trim down the ammount of sections in the newsletter, as only a very small ammount of information can be put into some of them. The newsletter page itself needs to be reorganized as it is spread out over several pages. I will go ahead and do this if at least one other editor approves. I started to write the Significant storms section, but then I realized, there were not very many. I can only think of the ice storms that hit the Lower Ohio/Mid Mississippi Valleys, and I'm not sure if they are "Significant" enough. (Where I live, I was afraid the power was going to go out.)
