KazakhPol, by way of explanation of the WP:DE charge, I felt it was appropriate because of the manner of the edits Jobstbrandt has added. Rapid-fire successive edits, then deletions, then re-adds i.e. "fact-bombing" articles.
If you check out his talk page, you can see the repeated times that other editors have asked, warned, pleaded, and chided to get him to cite his entries.
