After this case was opened, Rex edited the User talk:216.153.214.94 page, archiving my notice to him of the filing of the RfAr and mav's notice to him of the opening of the case. He has evidently chosen not to submit evidence or any other response. Although he was blocked earlier today for 48 hours, that block came more than a week after mav's notice to him.
